A PROVEN RESILIENT INFRASTRUCTURE

Business continuity planning is a priority that we periodically review and simulate to keep it updated and highly applicable for all our processes. We maintain redundant systems for our communication, hardware, power, and other essential items based on our business impact analysis in the event of a major disaster that we plan and review together with our partners. We also maintain an alternate disaster recovery site for all our processes and maintain a flexible network design that can enable us to operate in multiple sites relatively quick.

Part of our migration methodology is a review of our partner's disaster recovery requirements and this is taken into account in our grand BCP plan which we also put through an exercise periodically.
