iSTARRS is Integra's performance-based rewards and recognition program which aims to continuously generate motivation for Integra employees and to celebrate their success in achieving, and even exceeding, targets and goals set forth with their peers and company executives as their audience.

Just as important is nourishing our employees level of engagement. A year round calendar of corporate activities is designed to incite employee creativity and participation. Some of the major events would include:

Charter Member Dinner
This special event is for Integra to recognize the unrelenting commitment, loyalty and continued service of its employees celebrating their 3rd and 5th year anniversary with the company. A sumptuous dinner and program is exclusively arranged for the honored guests during this momentous occasion.

Sportsfest
A much awaited annual event where teams are organized, games are played and new friendships are formed, all in the spirit of sportsmanship-achieving Integra's allegiance to promoting a balance between professionalism at work and boosting employee welfare through recreation.

Family Day
Usually held as the culminating activity for the annual sportsfest, the Family day is an event where family members of employees are invited and treated to a celebration, complete with fun games and prizes. It is a great opportunity for the families to witness for themselves the warmth and camaraderie that's distinctly evident among Integra employees.

Year-end Assembly
The Year-end Assembly is a grand celebration and one of the biggest Integra-wide festivities. The event is a showcase of all employee talents for the much-awaited competition through songs, dance numbers, and pure entertainment. A memorable occasion that everyone truly enjoys, moreover being very grateful for the year that was.
