We have a Quality Management System in place adapting Six Sigma and ISO standards. Quality review can be done by the partner company or an Integra dedicated quality review team. Our quality management team is involved from the early stages of migration planning, to the time of live production, and sustained all the way to full production. Our discipline in the use of various QC tools enables us to resolve performance issues and, in collaboration with our partners, continuously seek ways to improve their process.
